More food for ourselves less for the wildlife.

Never tried growing melons before and excited by the outlook of harvesting at least 3 this year.

We used to plant outside but were at the mercy of the elements.

We also love that we can control the environment to some extent, whether it's heat, water, bugs, etc.

It is only our first season, but the experience is second to none.

We had greens well into the fall last year.
