What year did you install this greenhouse? 2024

What do you grow inside your greenhouse? Tomatoes, cucumber, all types of lettuce, radish, carrots, bell pepper, jalapeño pepper, flowers of different types.

How did your Planta Greenhouse improve your gardening experience? We are in our first year and experiencing many things that we can do and next year will be better, but I did get my vine ripe tomato in January and peppers. We have learned that we can start our outside garden quicker and better. We don't have to depend on buying plants from stores. We are very pleased with our greenhouse and someday hope to get another one.

What was your experience like buying from Planta Greenhouses? The buying experience was great and customer service was fantastic. Everything went like clockwork.

What type of upgrades you've done? Tell us about your most innovative DIY solutions added to your greenhouse. We have added raised beds and when I learned about drip irrigation, that is when it really took off. I was able to make my own raised beds and found some kids project raised beds cheap—and it is amazing what you can do when you put your mind to it. We put a water outlet next to it and bought shade cloth to help with too much sun or heat. We added shelving to store seeds and plant food.

What's your favorite thing about your Planta Greenhouse? The favorite thing we like is the ability to start plants early and to extend our growing season. We enjoy getting up in the morning and working in our garden.
