Weirdly the thing I get the biggest kick out of is the spices. I have an entire flat of cumin started. Last year I made my own Taco seasoning. The family thinks it comes from Costco.

Before getting our Planta Greenhouse, starting seeds in the garage was a lot of extra work with poor germination rates.

I made my beds inside the greenhouse 36 inches high so I can just reach and pick produce without having to bend.
