We bought the Sungrow 20 ft greenhouse last year and for the most part, we love it. There are a few minor irritants but my big complaint is that the tape provided to seal the carbon-fibre panels is substandard and so we have condensation in every one of them. That is very disappointing for a higher end greenhouse and now that it's assembled, we just have to live with it.

Excellent: design and structure, relatively easy to put together once you did the first section.
Excellent: instructions and videos.. Videos proved incredibly valuable.
Excellent: Customer Service.. Planta team was fanstastic. I had lots of questions, they had lots of good answers...
POOR: automatic vent openings.. They all leak. I have 5 installed.. The window seals are horrible.. 4 separate pcs to the weather stripping. Terrible design to keep water out.... tried many things... beware... Perhaps you don't want vents and just open the door tops. Planta needs to have 1 long weather stripping that could help surround the entire vent. thankfully, its a greenhouse.. water on the floor (it is what it is).... looking for any remedies that may be out there, but looking to encapsulate the entire window with some creative plan to keep water out. Last window comment; Vented window does not sit flush with greenhouse poly, yet all brackets are installed properly to position the vents. Perhaps that is an issue.

Awesome kit. No complaints. As someone who worked in the sheet metal world, I was impressed with the tolerances held especially the hole to hole alignment. The only tricky part was the end seals.

The greenhouse and instructions overall were very good. Holes lined up very well and turned out good. I poured a concrete pad for the floor hoping this will help in energy storage for cold days. I also used a double 2 x 6 treated plate that bolted to the concrete and therefore raised the house 3 more inches. The bolt packs were short on the long bolts for the poly so I had to make a quick trip to the hardware store. That is the one thing I wish would improve, the bolts and nuts are a lesser quality than the structure. The metal is soft and were partially rusted right out of the boxes. The softer metal allows for a very easy cross thread especially if you gently try to use a cordless impact or drill to run a bolt through the layers.

It is a good product. I have one observation for the windows on top of the doors: I designed a net for the opening so the unwanted bugs and animals cannot access the opening.
