What do you grow inside your greenhouse? We have grown tomatoes, hot peppers, and experiments (kohlrabi, cauliflower, broccoli)
How did your Planta Greenhouse improve your gardening experience? Our growing season is too short to grow peppers outside, so this has opened up a whole new opportunity for us. The greenhouse is being used at a high school, and so the peppers get planted in the spring by the students and they are ready to be harvested and made into Hot Pepper Relish in the fall when we are back to school. It is perfect!
What was your experience like buying from Planta Greenhouses? The greenhouse was easy to buy and was put up without any issues. I didn't have to deal with customer service at all, because there were no issues.
What type of upgrades you've done? Tell us about your most innovative DIY solutions added to your greenhouse. We put raised beds around the outside of the greenhouse with perennial herbs and flowers. This works really well for bringing in the pollinators and providing herbs and teas to dry. I also set up a drip hose on the inside so that the greenhouse is very low maintenance. I only have to check in on it every couple of weeks.
What's your favorite thing about your Planta Greenhouse? My favorite thing about the greenhouse is that I don't have to worry about snow and wind. We get long, harsh winters and I didn't want to have to worry about it collapsing.
