I'm from Moncton, NB. I'm planning to get a greenhouse in my backyard. I'm curious if I need to use external heating system during winter session for Sigma 32? If so, what should I use? Thank you!

For a Sigma 32, you would need one or two of our heaters: https://plantagreenhouses.com/products/2-in-1-phoenix-greenhouse-heater-cooler-2800-w-9554-btus
But it largely depends on how cold your winters or nights get. If you plan to use it year-round, especially in colder climates, you may need additional heating to ensure optimal temperatures.
Please note that our heaters require a 240v outlet, similar to what you would use for a stove or dryer. Some of our customers opt for alternative heating solutions like propane or gas heaters.

I ordered the sigma 32 model in April ‘23. Fast shipping and no problems with the freight delivery. It is now September and it has been a little summer project putting together. Received all of the hardware with no missing parts, and there are a lot of them. Comes with assembly instructions that seem overwhelming at first, but once you match up your parts it’s not bad. Definitely at least a 2 man job. I live in Illinois and I’m betting this will be warm in to December. It will be exciting to see just how many more months I can get out of the growing season. I still need to purchase the vents at a later time but I love this greenhouse! It is the best value for your money I could find. I look forward to many years of use. With the 5 year warranty, I think it will last 10 years or longer. Thank you for such an awesome experience!!

So far so good! It's almost finished but not quite yet. It definitely takes time to put it together. I'm super happy with it and will probably be buying another one to add on to it next year. :)

Good quality structural materials. Took longer than I had thought to assemble but otherwise good. I had to back track a few times with the assembly.
Some of the fittings/nut and bolts seem a bit flimsy so will be watching to see if they loosen off or break and am quite prepared to upsize them.
Would recommend the Sigma to anyone (that knows how to use tools and has had experience building things)
We installed our greenhouse in 2021, & in our first year we grew tomatoes, cucumbers, green beans, strawberries, peppers, broccoli, and brussels sprouts. The greenhouse extended our growing season till mid October with minimal added heat latterly. Our favorite thing about having a greenhouse is the ready supply of fresh and healthy food, some of which we preserved and some gifted to friends and neighbors. Looking forward to next season.
Buying from Planta was simple and efficient. Everything arrived when scheduled and promised and follow up questions were promptly and courteously answered by Nick. We are really happy with our purchase even to the extent of adding a ten-foot extension in our first season. We can highly recommend Planta even here in the Alberta foothills with its strong chinook winds and frequent snow.
We have very strong Chinook winds in this area and our greenhouse has so far stood up very well despite a close neighbour losing a large tubular shelter to the wind a few weeks ago. We love the automatic windows and with those and our automatic drip irrigation, regular maintenance is minimal.
